Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in corporate tax to join our team. The successful candidate will be in charge of for assessing and documenting the requirements for the consolidation of tax systems across the bank. They will work closely with stakeholders to be aware of business needs, define project objectives, and ensure successful implementation of tax-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for the tax system consolidation project.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current tax processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and key results.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories.
- Provide expertise in corporate tax regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on corporate tax.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $103330 - $128656 /yearly.
