Job Description & Responsibilities
Partners with sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.
Responsibilities
- Gains familiarity with Business Analysis concepts, practices and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs standard Business Analyst duties, including: Working with Business Analysis team members and assigned organizational stakeholders to understand customer-focused processes, requirements and areas of concern.
- Contributes to system / process evaluation, gap identification and improvement development.
- Assists with improvement-focused project planning.
- Documents project steps, anticipated outcomes and expected business impact.
- Assists with Issue identification and resolution.
- Develops progress reports and communicates project status to team and manager.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Analysis.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
What we offer
Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
