The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst will provide the SPA organization working in our ServiceNow value stream team. The candidate will work with the existing team in the support of the ServiceNow platform used by Aegon for its ITSM needs. This includes modules such as Request, Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and IRM among others. The candidate will also work with the agile team in support of various business analyst functions, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, release and change management, communicating with the business, and adhering to related controls, and vendor management,

What You Will Do:

• Work on user requests and incidents as they are submitted.
• Provide leadership on the team related to release and change management.
• Gather business requirements and provide workable solutions for business needs.
• Work in agile environment, including working on backlogs, and provide scrum master functions
• Communication with various business units on request and issues
• Be able to use problem solving skills in providing solutions.
• Work with business on analysis of requirements
• Work within the TA and GTS release process.
• Work within TA and GTS documented change management process
• Provide project support and oversight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent level.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in a comparable role.
• Skilled in English. Both written and spoken.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• 4 years experience supporting the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred

• Experience with agile
• Certified Scrum Master a plus
• Experience with Confluence, Jira preferred
• Experience working on projects including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Good planning, prioritizing and goal setting skills.
