Job Description & Responsibilities
Storable is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Operations team, supporting the Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Client Operations, and Business Development departments.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth and empowering stakeholders through proactive and expert guidance. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role combines project management, product ownership, technical design, technical development, and analytical skills to ensure our systems, processes, and strategies align with our business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
- Lead-to-Cash Lifecycle Expertise: Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the lead-to-cash lifecycle from a systems, business, and process perspective.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Utilize project management frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
- Product Ownership: Act as an internal Product Owner, driving strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and user stories. Prioritize backlog items and ensure clear communication with both business and systems teams.
- Business and Systems Analysis: Analyze and diagram business processes and systems to identify areas for development and improvement. Provide recommendations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, advanced Excel functions, and Tableau for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Provide insights and support decision-making with data-driven recommendations. Use data wrangling skills to clean systems and keep those systems clean over time.
- Salesforce Administration: Configure and manage Salesforce (Flows, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Reporting, Dashboards) to support business processes and enhance user experience.
- Hubspot Management: Configure and optimize Hubspot (Configuration, Workflows, Reporting) for marketing and sales automation.
- Integration and Automation: Utilize Workato or another iPaaS to integrate systems and automate workflows, enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Revenue Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operations Analyst, Systems Engineer, Salesforce Admin, or Product Owner.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and project management within a technology company.
- Expert knowledge of each element in the lead-to-cash lifecycle from a systems, business, and process perspective.
- Proven track record developing intricate SQL queries, Salesforce feature sets (Flows, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Reporting, Dashboards), Hubspot feature sets (Configuration, Workflows, Reporting), advanced Excel functions, and automation scripts.
- Experience with Scrum and a project management framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of providing high-impact, actionable insights to upper management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly curious disposition with a bias towards action.
- Flexibility and nimbleness - Storable is a fast-moving company, so our sales tactics, product offerings, and overall strategy might pivot. We’re looking for someone who is excited by rapid growth and eager to adapt our processes accordingly.
- Certification in Salesforce, Scrum, or a Project Management framework is a plus.

Position pay range
$100,000—$117,000 USD
