Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Marketing Campaign Business Analyst, you will be focused on the commercial segment, providing business-critical insights and ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution between marketing and sales. You will focus on aligning business goals with effective day-to-day operations across cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Google Workspace Marketing Demand Generation team. You will bring strategic thinking, strong quantitative skills, and sound business acumen to bear on key issues and opportunities across multiple customer segments. You will pull together data across various dashboards, and draw insights from the data to report on business performance and opportunity areas for growth. You will help to prepare and deliver presentations in business review meetings.

Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, across the funnel and various channels.
- Report business performance and identify areas of opportunity for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations in regular business review meetings.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on internal planning processes, including budgeting and goal setting.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL.
- Experience building and delivering presentations to executive stakeholders, synthesizing data sets into insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or similar academic credentials.
- Experience developing Business-to-Business go-to-market strategy.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics data, with the knowledge of Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing (e.g., Metrics, KPIs, etc.).
- Understanding of routes to market, sales and marketing alignment, and channel strategies (e.g., web, social, email, paid media, etc).
- Knowledge of Python, R or another scripting language, and understanding of the software and cloud computing market.
- Ability to drive insights across a broad spectrum of topics and maintain high quality of work.
What we offer
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$246,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
