Job Description & Responsibilities
The (REMOTE) Senior HRIS Business Analyst is a Workday expert that helps improve the technology products and services the Human Capital team delivers to employees.
Essential Responsibilities
- Run, analyze, transmit and archive complex recurring HRIS processes and interfaces.
- Create, maintain and monitor complex public and private reports.
- Monitor existing HCM System integration for success, accuracy and timeliness and archives files after successful run and transmission.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with integrations, bp’s, security, reports, and other configurations.
- Support day-to-day BAU activities.
- Create/Improve reports, bp’s, integrations, security and other configurations.
- Partner and collaborate with people across many departments (e.g. IT, Analytics, Finance) on projects large and small
- Use your consultative skills to turn problems into solutions.
- Share your knowledge about HR and HR technology in general, and Workday in particular.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
- Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Requirements
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Business, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred
Professional Experience
- 6+ Years Prior HR Technology experience required
- 5+ Years Workday experience including knowledge of workday configuration, development, calculation fields, advanced reporting, security, and business processes required
- Specialty in the Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Scheduling, and Reporting Modules. preferred

- Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of managing projects: new features/functions, upgrades and implementations.
- Skilled at building and executing test plans and test scenarios for new configurations and upgrades.
Competencies & Knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of Workday integrations: report based, EIB, XSLT transformations, Studio

Pay Range
$115,000 - $123,000
