Job Description & Responsibilities
Purpose of Role
Provide business and financial insight and support the development of business strategies.
Key Accountabilities Include
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial business plans, operational budgets and ongoing
forecasts for assigned business areas
- Deliver projects on time
- Ensure adherence to Internal Controls and corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure financial analysis information provides insight into relevant business drivers
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Deliver analysis to support development of budgets and business plans for assigned stakeholders/business areas
- Develop business logic and assumptions used to develop budgets and forecasts
- Compile and interpret business results and monitor alignment with operational plans
- Assist stakeholders in using planning and reporting tools
- Service business partners with regular and ad hoc analysis information
- Develop reports and ad hoc analysis of large data sets using various data sources

Requirements
Qualifications
Ideal
- Advanced excel skills, including queries
- Experience with financial modeling
- Progressive experience with various financial reporting, resourcing and planning system and tools.
- Progressive success with the design of planning templates and formulas
- Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis and business operation support
Preferred
- Knowledge of Workday Adaptive, Tableau & Oracle
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance
- 3+ years in financial planning and analysis and business operation support

What we offer
Compensation
- Up to $112,000/ per year
- The posted compensation is the base pay. This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
- Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
