Job Description & Responsibilities
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Analyst - Supply Chain. This role can be located in either New Brunswick, NJ or Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel (domestic and international).
As a Senior Finance Business Analyst –Supply Chain you will be a key member of the FAST Team. You will leverage your knowledge to assess and reengineer complex finance processes, propose process improvements, conceptualize new automation, prepare development documentation, and partner with customers to deliver advanced technology solutions within project timelines and budget. You will play a key role driving E2E change management within our global organization and lead the delivery of high-quality automation & analytics products that fit our internal customer expectations.
This role requires skills to drive business transformation, quickly learn new, cutting-edge technologies and business processes, as well as the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. Candidates must thrive in a diverse and global team-oriented environment and enjoy partnering with various finance groups, external partners, and IT teams to develop automation that will drive business benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & drive business analysis on finance processes
- Design, lead and embed new innovative finance process in base business activities
- Lead automation projects from kickoff to deployment by following proper automation development process, including Analyzing & Designing reports.
- Build partnerships and ensure smooth delivery of Finance Automation Supply Chain Team products
- Drive E2E organizational change within the business
- Act as a “translator” between the internal customers & technical team
- Lead & deliver project within the timeline and budget allocated
- Build sophisticated, but user-friendly dashboards on Power BI with proper documentation
- Present updates on a regular basis to management on project progress and next steps
- Mentor Subject Matter Experts on how to use new technologies and solutions developed
- Suggest enhancements, govern & support the customers on solutions
- Test new technology & stay informed of Intelligent Automation standard methodologies
Requirements
Required:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business administration, finance, or IT
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance
- Ability to understand and communicate complexities in a simple & clear manner while engaging and interacting with all organizational/cultural levels
- Enthusiastic team player aspiring to create a positive work environment.
- Ability to tactically analyze problems, propose and implement resolutions
- Must demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritize to achieve results within a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience to work autonomously and handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel
- Customer focused, highly motivated, with strong attention to detail
- This role can be located in either New Brunswick, NJ or Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel (domestic and international).

- Project management experience and strong organizational skills
- Experience influencing various levels of leadership

- Experience in using insights/analytics to develop comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions
What we offer
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
