Job Description & Responsibilities
HealthEquity is hiring a passionate Sr. Business Analyst (NetSuite) to join our team. Bring financial analytical skills coupled with in-depth technical expertise to support the financial technology solutions into our Enterprise Applications Architecture. Collaborate with team members to understand business issues and challenges, envision potential solutions, and support the design, development, implementation, and adoption of these solutions. Have a solid background in Financial Systems and mainstream ERP systems, specifically NetSuite? Come play a significant role in expanding and enhancing a large, complex, critically important deployment of NetSuite as a core financial systems solution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with internal teams (technical staff, business partners, Sr. financial staff) and external teams (clients, partners, and service vendors) to enhance current financial systems and solutions with a focus on the Financial and Accounting processes.
- Providing input into the design, configuration, implementation, and customization of financial systems solutions either directly or by coordinating business, technology, and administrative resources as needed.
- Supporting the adoption, development, and usage of NetSuite throughout the organization. Maintaining a high level of awareness and enthusiasm for applications well as new features and updates as they are launched.
- Documenting system features and capabilities in business terms and using understandable business language providing business users with easy-to-reference, timely and accurate information on how to use system functionality.
- Performing impact assessments and defining the scope of requested changes, enhancements, new features, and new system capabilities.
- Acting as the liaison between the Finance business unit and the Admin and Technology teams, to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule, and call out risks.
- Owning organizational change and the release process of NetSuite.
- Supporting all SOX-related controls and reporting related to NetSuite.
- Owning NetSuite data management including data structure, governance, and maintenance.
- Collaborating with internal groups in the planning and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes, or enhancements. Defining business processes as they relate to system enhancements.
Requirements
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP Systems like NetSuite and configuration experience in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of ERP modules and functionality, specifically as related to Record to Report processes.
- Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, ERP Reporting, Financial Setups, Saved Searches, CSV imports, and Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP business analysis and/or ERP system functional experience.
- Public company and SOX controls experience preferred.
- NetSuite training or certification preferred.
- Ability to be proactive and to work towards tight deadlines.
- Strong data analytics, reporting, and database experience.
- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy, ability to transform end-user needs /functional requirements into technical requirements.

Salary Range
$86500.00 To $134000.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
