Job Description & Responsibilities
Pontera is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our Analytics & Insights team. This is a new team based in the US that partners with our Business Development and Marketing teams to provide in-depth analytics and reporting insights. Strong SQL and data visualization skills - using Tableau or a similar software - are a must. Salesforce reporting experience is a huge plus.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with internal teams and build our reporting infrastructure from the ground up. This role will have a strong impact on the overall business.
Responsibilities
- Own the dashboard development process from end-to-end, from establishing KPIs with stakeholders to building the end deliverable.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure their teams are accurately measuring performance.
- Provide in-depth analysis to key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, presenting findings in an easily digestible manner.
- Be the primary point of contact for ad hoc data requests for our US-based teams.
- Routinely monitor dashboards, ensuring they are performing optimally.
- Manage team documentation through Guru.

- 5+ years working experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Experience working directly with stakeholders required
- Advanced experience building out data visualizations in Tableau required
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams
- Experience with Salesforce is a huge plus
- Bachelor's degree
