Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Sr. Business Analyst on SentiLink’s growing Analytics team, you will be a force multiplier for our customer-facing and internal teams, helping to power our growth with analysis and insight. You will bring curiosity, structured thinking, strong analytics and sound business judgment to bear on analytics projects and work closely with our Head of Analytics as well as cross-functionally across Data Science, Customer Success, Fraud Intelligence, and Product.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of our customer data and be the go-to person for questions from our customers and customer-facing teams about product usage and fraud trends
- Create reports, dashboards and analyses to inform our management team on business and functional performance, including discussing the implications and results of analytical design choices to internal stakeholders of varying technical understanding
- Become an industry expert to further support customer's needs and use this knowledge to position SentiLink for future development
- Execute analyses end to end, from coming up with an idea to presenting or communicating the findings, for materials that will help
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product or business analytics
- Extensive experience and passion for communicating data & analysis effectively (e.g., through metrics, thoughtful reporting and dashboards visualizations)
- Highly skilled at using SQL to query databases (Python or another scripting language is a plus)
- Clear and concise verbal and written communicator, long-form professional writing experience is a plus
- Able to solicit input effectively and garner buy-in from key stakeholders
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering) or strongly quantitative work experience
- Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity
- Experience in fraud, financial services, or enterprise analytics solutions is a plus
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
What we offer
Salary Range:
- $135,000/year - $160,000/year
