Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our International Trip Planning business.
International Trip Planning Services (ITPS) is a leading provider of tailored, flexible, and optimized solutions for trip planning, fueling, and ground handling. As a business analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced 24/7/365 team, collaborating closely to build and execute plans that support worldwide operations and enhance our clients' flight departments.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and filling operational gaps, enabling our business to find new efficiencies and drive growth. Your expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights will be instrumental in optimizing our services and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee product benchmarks by directing staff and identifying focus areas for improvement
- Plan and follow up on activities related to international trip planning services
- Interact with clients to collect feedback and incorporate it into technical work processes
- Identify tangible and intangible benefits of our services and compile this information into key performance indicators
- Present results and findings to clients, highlighting areas of improvement and success
- Oversee and plan business consulting studies to enhance our trip planning operations
- Conduct workshops with clients to investigate and anchor the results of consulting studies
- Demonstrate our products and solutions to clients, showcasing their technical capabilities and benefits
- Provide other business consulting services as required by clients
- Identify opportunities to increase sales
- Oversee technical system health assessment and optimizations for current deployed solutions
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 5+ years of experience with Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, and other data mining / modeling tools
- 5+ years of related work experience in analytics, sales, sales support or consulting capacity
- 5+ years of experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 10+ years of experience with Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, and other data mining / modeling tools
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $98,600 – $154,100
