Job Description & Responsibilities
LPL Financial is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst to join the Business Reinvention organization. The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills to interface with business and develop futuristic operating models. The position requires established skills in the process and data analysis to support the teams with relevant information to make data-driven decisions. The candidate will provide solutions for process improvement, operational cost reduction, improved compliance, and improving the experience of our advisors, investors, and employees. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand the current process, policies, and procedures.
- Develop the current state and to-be state process model [L1 till L4]
- Collaborate with Business Architects to develop a futuristic operating model for business.
- Develop and present business cases for process improvement and optimization.
- Leverage data visualization and infographics to develop reports and present them as needed.
- Be a change agent to help the business move towards digital transformation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solutions
- 2+ years of experience in the Finance Domain preferably Broker/Dealer
- 2+ years of process modeling/mining experience
- 2+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation specifically BPM, AWS, Robotics, Data Analytics.
Core Competencies:
- Proficient with Process Modeling and User Story Development.
- Prior experience supporting Intelligent Automation work
- Experience in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Driven individual, always seeking to improve and grow a plus.
- Handle pressure well; you will be working with the senior team on advancing initiatives based on the information and recommendation you provide.
Preferences:
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Workfusion, AWS, Tableau
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Higher.
- Certified IIBA analyst.
- Experience with MS Office Products especially excel and visio.
- Preferred major in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, MIS
What we offer
Pay Range:
$64,080 - $96,120/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
