Our team is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to contribute to development efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. About the role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will p rovide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and everyday readiness analysis. Research and capture business needs and act as a proxy for the users and customers by interfacing directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure the end-state functionality is acceptable in fulfilling the identified customer value .

What we are looking for:

• Ten plus years of relevant experience
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost
• Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
• Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
• Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Highly preferred:

• Ability to guide teams and mentor junior members
• Understanding of data security practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Any certification related to data management, data engineering, software development, cyber security or SAFe would be beneficial

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance
