Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a hybrid, full-time, Senior Business Analyst to research problems reported by users in order to recommend system fixes and basic enhancements that will keep our company going strong. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will develop project plans, manage projects, and monitor the performance of related activities. You ensure team projects and tasks are aligned with our business objectives, encouraging organizational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity. Attending agile team ceremonies keeps us working collaboratively. You will keep team members informed about the deadlines set by leadership and inform management when there are concerns about meeting deadlines or changes in the project scope. Additionally, you will work with department managers to assign work items to install according to priority. Before production turnover implementation, you will develop creative test cases to ensure thorough work item testing with the quality assurance team. Working with staff and management, you will develop solutions to problems. You will provide information, recommend solutions, and create documentation related to system capabilities and potential. With your knowledge of all department modules and procedures, you will succinctly explain difficult concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Serving as a liaison between users and internal departments, you will provide technical assistance for users and serve as the expert for all functions of the custom enterprise system. You analyze queries, questions, and problems posed by internal and external customers. Based on customer requests and feedback, you evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvements, and develop solutions for implementation.
Requirements
Qualifications For a Senior Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ year(s) of progressively responsible experience as a Business Analyst or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Visio, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Miro

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
The typical work schedule for this Senior Business Analyst position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This is a hybrid position (2-4 days per month) located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH.
