Job Description & Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst - Strategy & Transformation, will report to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CSTO) and serve as a change manager of Kyriba.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and transformation programs within an organization. This position requires a deep understanding of business operations, data reporting improvement methodologies, presentation, and change management practices.
You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations for process optimization and organizational change. The Business Transformation Analyst synthesizes complex information, identifies trends, and patterns, and communicates findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth analysis of business results including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and communicate findings with senior management.
- Collect planned communications, engagements, and change impacts.
- Develop surveys, analyze data, and compile summary report-outs.
- Develop impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, business readiness assessments, communication content, and basic training materials.
- Build tools, templates, and processes to support effective Change and Transformation Enablement.
- Analyze data in excel sheet and prepare the presentations necessary to showcase the results.

You'll need excellent documentation skills to prepare the files using the correct format. You also need to present the information as clearly and concisely as possible either in PowerPoint or excel.
- Interpersonal Skills- Having emotional intelligence can help you understand people's attitudes, motivations, and expectations. From that, you can relate to them and build strong relationships when you try to collect and synthesize data.
What we offer
Base compensation for this role is: $113,400.00 - $143,400.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
