The Senior Business Analyst - Strategy & Transformation, will report to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CSTO) and serve as a change manager of Kyriba.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and transformation programs within an organization. This position requires a deep understanding of business operations, data reporting improvement methodologies, presentation, and change management practices.

You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations for process optimization and organizational change. The Business Transformation Analyst synthesizes complex information, identifies trends, and patterns, and communicates findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth analysis of business results including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and communicate findings with senior management.
• Collect planned communications, engagements, and change impacts.
• Develop surveys, analyze data, and compile summary report-outs.
• Develop impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, business readiness assessments, communication content, and basic training materials.
• Build tools, templates, and processes to support effective Change and Transformation Enablement.
• Analyze data in excel sheet and prepare the presentations necessary to showcase the results.
