Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Business Analyst to join Our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, communicating, and validating business and system requirements for strategic company initiatives. This role bridges communication between our technology and business teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives. A critical part of the role is making sure the business gets maximum value out of our technology investments (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) and drive usage of common solutions to keep technology proliferation and costs to a minimum. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States.
What can you expect from the position?
- Identify and highlight redundant or under-utilized systems, platforms, licenses etc. for reduction of cost or removal from the landscape.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and end users to understand business needs and objectives for new products, features, or applications
- Employ various techniques to gather requirements including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
- Synthesize and translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications and documentation
- Build and prototype wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate requirements to development teams
- Co-ordinate user acceptance testing and support quality assurance processes to ensure requirements are fulfilled in final product
- Develop comprehensive business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and return on investment rationales for proposed projects
- Continually refine and update documentation and specifications throughout development lifecycle as needs evolve
- Drive process improvements by monitoring business and system issues to enhance efficiency
- Actively contribute to and help to develop further our business analysis framework for use in the team and across the wider technology function
Requirements
What can you bring to the role?
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Expert elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and communication skills
- Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Strong technical writing and analytical abilities
- Proficiency synthesizing complex concepts and managing detailed requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with both business and technical teams
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge with Salesforce and/or Marketo preferred
- Up to 10% travel required

The pay range for this position is between $110,000 - $150,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
