Rubrik has become the fastest growing enterprise startup in Silicon Valley. We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join our CPQ System & Operations team. You will be our subject matter expert in all things CPQ. This is a full-time position.

Where You Can Make An Impact

• Support complex projects related to GTM initiatives, sales productivity, user experience and be accountable for CPQ deliverables
• Manage CPQ systems enhancements and projects from start to finish – requirements analysis, consensus building, testing, documentation, and launch/training
• Facilitate business process reviews for requirement gathering & documentation; Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging best practices and CPQ tool knowledge to deliver best user experience
• Provide highest standards of CPQ systems support and enablement to field support, sales support, and deal operations teams when it comes to quoting
• Support complex projects related to GTM initiatives, sales productivity, user experience and be accountable for CPQ deliverables
• Build effective proofs-of-concept for new solutions and technologies around CPQ that are easy to understand and consumable by non-technical teams
• Partner closely with IT team on getting solutions and changes implemented in a timely manner
• Create, maintain and deliver training and documentation for all new implementations, ensure CPQ system is well adapted by users as new processes are rolled out
• Be a constant advocate for CPQ user experience

Who You Are

• 4+ years in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrik) hands-on experience preferred
• 3+ years in a BSA or Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• SFDC administration experience is a plus
• NPI or SKU management experience is a plus
