What You Will Do
You will lead the development and finalization of business requirements, manage and coordinate system testing, and ensure excellent end user support for business applications. You will work collaboratively with prospects, clients and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to solve complex business problems and execute the development and delivery of system functionality within determined timeframes, presenting status updates, system issues and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement sessions with stakeholders eliciting clear and comprehensive requirements for system features and enhancements.
- Lead ongoing review of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Remain current on insurance claims systems and processes to ensure Clearspeed solutions meet client business needs.
- Work closely with clients and cross functional teams; effectively communicate your insights and plans.
- Develop and evaluate accurate requirements documentation, As-Is and To-Be process maps and/or data mapping documentation.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of client implementations.
- Develop and deliver end-user training.
- Support end user inquiries and issues.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in business analysis, system implementation, or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge and experience implementing claim transformation projects with auto and property lines of business.
- Thorough knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims management processes; understands straight through processing in FNOL and over all claims life cycles.
- Previous Project Management experience is a plus.
- Experience mapping and testing data for system conversions preferred.
- Experience with legacy and off the shelf systems; Guidewire is preferred.
- Competency with Visio/project management tools.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
- Ability to communicate with all levels and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; proven track record in delivering on multiple priorities concurrently.

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.
Salary range: $101,505 - $162,201
