Job Description & Responsibilities
We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Tealium CDP team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our customer data platform to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You'll be a key bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our Tealium CDP delivers maximum value.
The Senior Business Analyst Will
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CDP enhancements and new features.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and analytics to understand data requirements and use cases.
- Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify opportunities for improving data quality and customer insights.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Support testing and validation of CDP implementations to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Stay informed about Tealium CDP capabilities and industry best practices.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with a marketing data platform like Tealium, Amperity, or a similar solution.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary
$75,000 - $130,000
