Job Description & Responsibilities
Working with business departments, drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures. Assess and document training needs, communicate existence of new process. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Oversee projects for business departments and/or act as a liaison/strategic partner between FAC and government entities, vendors, corporations and other FA divisions to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services. When new processes are identified, may drive implementation or hand off to Project Management Team for implementation. Seasoned Analyst managing a wide range of complex and diverse projects. Expertise in more than one area. Develops creative solutions and drives change. Typically has significant customer interface.
What You'll Do
- Conducts business process evaluations, interviewing internal and external customers, to gain knowledge of business requirements.
- Identifies problems, defines business process requirements, researches alternatives, negotiates for resources, develops solutions, gains consensus, tests to confirm, and implements solutions over a complete business process.
- Considers the business implications of work flow and processes to the current business environment.
- Create reports; research, analyze, and integrate data to identify and track trends. Adjust project/process direction. Report vital information to management/business partner.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Typically requires BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically 4- 8 years of directly related experience
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements
- Analytical skills
- Has knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness
- Business acumen
What we offer
Salary Range: $73,680.00 - $108,000.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
