Job Description & Responsibilities
A Typical Day
The Senior Business Analyst provides complex business analysis and modeling relative to key statistical information and business performance metrics. As the Sr Business Analyst , you will actively participate in strategic department meetings and provide analytical insight to management to drive business strategy.
The Senior Business Analyst Will
- Develop CBA based on anticipated financial business benefits from line of business and tech estimates/costs from all impacted IT groups
- Develop meaningful and accurate business requirement document, existing and target process flows
- Facilitate Deep Dive requirements and high-level design reviews with stakeholders and stand up calls with project stakeholders
- Define clear Acceptance criteria based on signoff requirements, create UAT Plan and Scripts
- Facilitate ad hoc meetings/JAD sessions required for projects and publish minutes, deliverables, action items
- Coordiate UAT Execution; Report/Track UAT Defects; Publish UAT Progress reports
- Provide code release night support to coordiante cursory production validation
- Provide Post Production Validation support and capture signoffs
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Salary
$68,000 - $115,000
