Job Description & Responsibilities
Business Analyst /Client Advocate assist clients directly and performs a bridge between customers and the organization. Client Advocate responsibilities involve working directly with the clients and representing their voice during internal decision making. A Client Advocate works closely across an organization to understand the entire customer experience. Heavy Client and Customer communication's role.
Responsibilities
- Preparing new projects, products and processes for launch
- Reviewing client specs for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicating with the client and internal support groups to ensure proper service to the account.
- Performing job functions and leading small teams to achieve task and projects assigned
- Providing coverage in the absence of the manager, other teammates, and provides guidance as needed.
- Communicating of project statuses through regular meetings and updates to key internal and external stake holders
- Reviewing and determining client specs for accuracy and completeness examples
- Launching of new projects and services, and processes
- Monitoring incoming files and production to ensure SLA compliance
- Managing in inventory and oversight,Daily production reports, Tracking actions items to completion and troubleshooting and issue resolution
Requirements
Requirements
- Have proven experience of leading, scheduling and managing large, client facing, long-term technology implementation projects
- Have advanced proficiency in: MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Have troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
- 5+ years in Client Management experience.
- 5+ years in Analyst Experience required.
- Demonstrate customer service skills with a high level of professionalism and the ability to work with complex designs and situations. Display the ability to collaborate remotely.
