Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting to our Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to gather, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform strategic decision-making and make operational improvements. This role plays a critical role at the intersection of revenue, finance, growth, and strategy; we are looking for someone with strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of driving impactful changes in business operations.
What You'll Do
- Evolving and maintaining the company's revenue model to better predict revenue by segment, product, and customer. This includes producing quarterly forecasts and annual plans
- Assisting in performing and maintaining the Annual Operating Expenses Plan process for Stavvy
- Working with the Accounting team to plan compensation and non-compensation expenses better
- Maintaining, improving, and reporting monthly financial statements, including quantitative and qualitative analyses. This includes identifying patterns and trends to anticipate business decisions
- Developing and establishing a repeatable and scalable COGS framework for all Stavvy solutions
- Assessing Stavvy’s gross profit and unit economics to optimize our pricing and cost structure
- Creating value-based pricing models to support the launch of new features to the market and targeting new segments
Requirements
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Sheets/Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred but not required), and CRM Software (Hubspot preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization to identify opportunities, gather requirements, attain stakeholder buy-in, and execute
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify and address opportunities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality results
- Feeling comfortable with the uncomfortable. Ability to work with ambiguity while creating creative solutions to existing problems.

Compensation Education
- Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
- The Boston based range for this full time position is $120,000 - $145,000
