Preferred Locations are San Francisco; New York; Austin; however, geographic flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Job Summary
This position will be dedicated to one of C&W’s most dynamic, industry-disrupting technology clients. In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will help perform data analysis, synthesize trends into cohesive takeaways, gather key information across a broad cross-functional team, and prepare thoughtful presentations for executive approval. This detail-oriented professional will play a critical role in helping our client advance time-sensitive projects through cross-functional business approvals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support client’s internal business decision due diligence: this includes data gathering, analysis, synthesizing inputs from multiple parties, and developing a storyline and deliverable that result in stakeholder consensus and approval. Carefully document potential business implications, risk and timeline impacts for key strategic initiatives. Experience working through supply and demand models is a plus.
Responsible for providing analytical support, information research, report writing and documentation gathering to support real estate strategy workstreams across the client’s dynamic portfolio.
Support the client’s operational priorities and real estate strategy through cross-functional partnership. Work with team members to perform research, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and then organize data into logical communications and client presentation materials.
Support client’s internal capital and budget planning processes, as required.
Coordinate with account team and client stakeholders to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables. Provide cross-functional partnership with transactional teams and client stakeholders.
Ability to support a large volume of data analysis simultaneously with high level proficiency in excel.
A comfort with financial analysis is desirable, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Support ad-hoc strategic projects as client needs arise.

Requirements
EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required in related field.
5+ years of related experience in management consulting, finance, real estate strategy or equivalent experience in an innovative environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling experience to digest, summarize and present large data sets for executive level presentations.
Experience in a client-serving environment and/or working on dynamic teams is a plus.
Experience proactively managing multiple commitments and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines while exercising attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $106,250.00 - $125,000.00
