Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsible for designated “business-as-usual” application maintenance and user support tasks/processes for a suite of business applications and collaboration platforms. Serve as a business process and application workflow subject matter expert. Partner with IT and vendor Production Support, Product Development and Help Desk teams, and line of business stakeholders and end-users to ensure effective design and implementation of new business applications and integration solutions, and enhancements to existing systems and workflows.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Perform designated application maintenance and user support tasks/processes for a suite of applications and collaboration platforms.
- Provide technical team (Insurance Automation Support) members and users with assistance solving application related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems.
- Collaborate with IT Systems Analysts and Agile development teams to troubleshoot and remediate application issues and recommend application configuration changes / enhancements to support business requirements and workflow improvements.
- Partner with other Operations and Administration support teams to review, recommend and implement business process changes in alignment with business requirements, system functional capabilities, and risk management best practices.
- Identify and socialize workflow optimization opportunities through system integration, automation and machine learning.
- Provide project management for smaller projects by coordinating IT, Admin/Operations and line of business resources as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison between line of business and Application Delivery Services (ADS).

- Bachelor’s degree (business/finance, marketing, computer science, information technology, or a related field) or equivalent combination of education and comparable work experience
- Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
- Demonstrated problem solving and solution development skills
- Ability to manage routine projects with appropriate guidance and supervision
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization and organizational skills
- Expert skills in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
What we offer
The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
