Job Description & Responsibilities
Atlassian is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive strategic projects and partner directly with our Sales team. This role sits within the Sales Systems & Process team in Revenue Operations, and will work with the many teams & individuals who support our Sales org.
The Principal BSA is a senior-level individual contributor, with a consistent record of supporting complex, business-impacting projects throughout the entire Sales cycle. Candidates will possess business process, systems administration, and analytical skills that will be instrumental in helping the Sales team scale globally. Candidates should have deep understanding of what a Sales team needs to be successful, and know how to partner with other BSAs & Tech teams to drive change & scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with multi-functional teams including Sales Leadership, Sales Tech, Sales Strategy, Marketing Ops, Data Science, and more.
- Partner with our internal technology teams to support and deliver capabilities needed to scale & optimize our sales processes.
- Identify opportunities for system & process improvement, both near term quick wins and longer term foundational changes.
- Partner with Sales Strategy and Business Operations Teams to drive key projects that impact our customer-facing GTM teams.
- Solve complex business problems with technical & non-technical solutions.
- Own requirements documentation including BRDs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes or other assets used to collect business needs.
- Perform systems administration on sales systems/tools.
- Participate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities.
- Partner with our Enablement team to create trainings on system & process related changes.
Requirements
Skills And Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Experience working in a high-growth, enterprise software company.
- Experience with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems.
- Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead to cash, and familiarity with how post-sales teams enable, expand, & renew customers.
- Experience with M&A system & process consolidation projects.
- Experience with common GTM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Docusign, Pandadocs and more.
- Experience procuring new tools for the business.
- Familiarity with different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.
- Deep experience with Salesforce.com platform, Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
- You have strong business and technical acumen, and the ability to turn business needs into technical requirements.
- You have the analytical skills to identify key decisions and the long & short term impacts of those decisions.
- You have a history of delivering transformational projects that have unlocked new & improved ways of working.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $172,900 - $230,500
Zone B: $155,600 - $207,400
Zone C: $143,500 - $191,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
