Job Description & Responsibilities
The Treasury Transformation Team works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts for controls, infrastructure and operational toolsets required to support the day-to-day Liquidity Risk Management and reporting functions. These functions include but are not limited to liquidity regulatory reporting and metrics, management reporting and liquidity stress testing which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, technology partners and business partners. The Treasury Transformation Controls Team is responsible for the delivery of Treasury’s transformation objectives related to liquidity risk and controls, and collaborates with stakeholders to identify priorities, coordinate efforts, track progress, define and implement best practices. The Treasury Transformation Controls Lead Business Analyst will be responsible to manage a set of supporting activities under the assigned book of work. The position will require coordination of activities across multiple liquidity functions, the ability to identify and recommend informed process improvements to the Project Manager and senior stakeholders. Additionally, this position will work closely with the Transformation Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Project Manager, PMO, QA/QC & IA.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support and own a set of activities, working closely with the Treasury Transformation Controls Program and Project Manager.
- Provides support on transformational efforts related to consent order and target state priorities, aligned with the firm-wide transformational goals.
- Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: contributing to the creation and drafting of project plans and other project related artifacts, decks and stakeholder communications.
- Provides support on project plan tracking, status reporting, creating and/or managing project governance forums, prioritizing workflow and resource management.
- Supports transformation projects, organizational change initiatives, and the improvement, development and implementation of existing and new controls.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of the business impact of process design and technical contributions.
- Provides advice to internal and external clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes and firm or business unit strategy.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the Financial Service.
- Experience in a Project Manager and/ or Business Analyst Role, with exposure to Treasury, Liquidity Risk Management & controls strongly preferred.
- Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations and excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues.
- Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- In depth knowledge of financial & regulatory reporting/ banking products / systems preferred.
- Successful project management knowledge and experience preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills required.
- JIRA and/or Project Management System knowledge preferred or ability to quickly learn Citi’s Project Management Systems and Methodologies.
Education:
- Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
What we offer
Primary Location Salary Range:
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
