Job Description & Responsibilities
Campbell’s is seeking a Lead Business Analyst who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and can lead the development, maintenance, governance, and evolution of the portfolio of IT solutions supporting all of Campbell’s IBP & Planning Team on all activities.
What You Will Do…
- Partner with Business and IT partners to understand business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs) to support them.
- Design and lead the implementation/configuration and maintenance of relevant IT capabilities and solutions portfolio based on the functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirements
- Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
- Day-to-day hands-on analysis of issues and facilitate prioritization and requirement gathering for current and future state.
- Document and manage issues list, conduct testing and document new and revised policies
- Manage budget, Purchase orders and Invoices for new and existing vendors and ensure cost are matched against AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in the integrated business planning process.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of integrated business planning data.
- Provide training and support to end-users on integrated business planning systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integrated business planning and technology solutions.
Requirements
What You Bring To The Table… (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst in Integrated Business Planning or Supply Chain Planning role.
- Experience with integrated business planning systems and tools, such as SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end user needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment.
- Experience working with/in diverse teams and influencing stakeholders and other leaders not reporting to her/him
- Strong program management and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve end-to-end processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and demand planning concepts.

What we offer
Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$85,900-$140,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
