Job Description & Responsibilities
Highly motivated professional responsible for tracking and reporting financial investments and gap closure measures for the organization and how the value of those investments relate to the business. This position will utilize data to identify program/KPI risks and opportunities and advise on next step options.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Synthesize and analyze data from various sources (financials, project status, etc.) to provide meaningful information to management regarding key deliverables with respect to budget.
- Partners with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure reporting needs are met appropriately.
- Builds dashboards that drive program insights for cross-functional teams and leadership to understand current state and areas of opportunity
- Provides ad hoc analysis to support non-routine communication / budgetary requirements.
- Interacts with others on matters of importance to the department or work area.
- Provides information that supports strategic decision making by others for the area.
- Follows guidelines, methodologies and/or precedents and applies judgment as necessary.
Requirements
What We Look For In a Candidate
Required Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Experience: 4+ yrs
- Field Of Study: Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Math/Statistics, Management or related field
Preferred Education / Experience
- Masters Degree

What we offer
This position is part of a bargaining unit and represented by a union. Depending upon the applicable collective bargaining agreement under which you may be hired, you may be: (a) required to join the union and pay union dues as a condition of employment; or, (b) required to pay union dues, but not join the union as a condition of employment; or (c) free to chose whether or not to join the union, but if you do join the union you would be obligated to pay union dues.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
