About the Quality Program Team:
The Quality Program team oversees the creation, management, implementation, support and analysis of quality improvement plans, quality improvement projects and overall quality and improvement initiatives for processes and products at Verisys. We are driven to investigate areas of the organization that we can improve. We see a problem? We do something about it! Not all projects and/or issues are handed to us. This team will need to explore and investigate areas in need of improvement.
About the Role:
The Jr. Business Analyst role will be responsible for supporting data analysis, auditing, data quality and process improvement and initiatives to improve the organization. A Jr. Business Analyst will be responsible for successfully fulfilling task that are assigned to them by the Quality Program Manager, BIA or Quality Director. A Jr. Business Analyst is expected to fulfill an organizational leadership role in quality driven initiatives, knowledge sharing, transparency and a productive and respectful team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis on internal and external data & processes
- Support internal & external audits (e.g. Profile, CheckMedic, licensing, etc)
- Identify data quality issues through audits and analysis
- Support quality improvement plans and projects
- Follow and support relevant organizational policies and procedures
- Be a part of creating and maintaining a culture of knowledge sharing, accountability, team camaraderie, initiative, creative problem solving, respect and quality first
Requirements
Requirement:
- 1+ years of experience in a quality assurance, audit and/or data analysis role
- 1+ years of experience working in a project oriented environment
- Beginner experience with SQL is a plus
- Moderate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suit (especially with spreadsheets)
