Your role in our mission
“Analyze this” and help create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Assist in planning and designing business processes, analyzing client requirements, and documenting them for technical teams.
- Develop and communicate basic conceptual models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates, to support business activities.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure project alignment.
- Create and execute test scenarios, analyzing results to confirm client requirements are met in system designs.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, using communication skills to clarify business processes and system needs.
- Research, identify, and document solutions to problems, supporting user experience, configuration, and design elements.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Two or more years of business analysis experience and/or testing
- HealthCare knowledge, preferably Medicaid or Medicare experience
- Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization
- Experience working with business processes and re-engineering, computer programming concepts and basic language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools (i.e. Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products).
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and customers and the ability to multitask

- Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia Metropolitan area.

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
