About The Position
The Treasury Management Analyst will play a critical role in shaping our company’s success by supporting strategic initiatives, Treasury Management product implementation, and tracking revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and finance. Your ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and manage complex projects will be essential.
Essential Duties
Project Execution
- Assists in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Identifies potential risks and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Assists in defining KPIs and tracking performance against goals.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to support the vision for Treasury Management products.
- Assists in identifying product priorities for Treasury Management, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Supports partners and development teams in prioritizing features based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Advocates for exceptional user experiences and ensure product quality.
Revenue and Billing
- Assists in developing pricing models and strategies that maximize revenue while considering market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Supports monthly billing processes and validation.
- Collaborates with finance teams to forecast revenue and track product and team performance against targets.
Product Go-to-Market (GTM)
- Assists in GTM strategies for new Treasury Management product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Partners with sales teams to provide product training, collateral, and competitive insights.
- Conducts market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Supports the exploration and establishment of partnerships to expand product distribution channels.
Implementation Workflow Development
- Assists in designing and enhancing implementation workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and customer success teams to streamline implementation processes.
- Supports quality control measures to ensure successful product deployments.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action.
- Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations, and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
- Follows policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, including mandatory Bank Compliance Training; supports the Bank’s goals and values; benefits the bank through outside activities.

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury management, project/program management, or product ownership in the business/commercial banking industry.
- Experience in project management, product management, or implementation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementation workflow development, process optimization, and quality assurance.
