Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance, focusing on sales, labor, marketing, and product margins, using various analytical resources and methods
- Quantify the financial impact of key initiatives, promotions, new products, operational improvements, and technology implementations
- Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau to communicate performance, KPIs, and trends effectively
- Leverage business intelligence and industry trends to enhance the guest experience and identify market opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team and analytics counterparts on data architecture and warehousing projects, contributing to cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, math, statistics, or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles, experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel, R, or similar
- Experience with database and BI toolsets such as SQL, Tableau, and Databricks
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with s trong knowledge of and experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
What we offer
Pay
Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
