We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent, with a passion for all things media - to launch your career as a Business Analyst on our Transformation team. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Transformation team to support new initiatives that enhance the agency’s operations and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of business operations and support Transformation Manager and Director in new and ad hoc internal projects.
- Assess common business requirements and determine ways to repurpose them across multiple projects within the business.
- Participate in cross-functional team workshops to establish definitions and decisions around business requirements.
- Manage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - ensure that data platform usage meets business requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date flowcharts and visuals for internal workflow.
- Ensure documentation around project objectives/requirements is properly maintained.
- Capture minutes in meetings with internal stakeholders and external project partners.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of business analytics experience.
- Knowledge of the media landscape – including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.
- Strong data management and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
- Agency experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Knowledge of Prisma and MBOX a plus.
- Experience in working with Asana a plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
