We are looking for a mid-level Technology Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between our business and technology teams. This role will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business and providing technical solutions to help meet those needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and document requirements in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Create models to help visualize data and communicate findings.
• Design test cases and perform quality assurance testing.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to help stakeholders better understand data.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented.
