Business Analyst, Systems - Job Role & Responsibilities

Why We’re Looking for You

As Prelim continues to grow, we’re ready to establish a dedicated Business Systems Analyst role to manage and optimize no-code workflows for our banking clients, specifically focusing on customer experiences like bank account opening, online and in-branch onboarding, customer and account maintenance, treasury services, lending, and more. While you’ll be the first person in this role, you won’t be starting from scratch. Our engineering team has been handling workflow configurations up to this point, and there are best practices already in place. We need someone who can take ownership of this function, build upon these foundations, and ensure our clients can fully leverage Prelim’s platform to streamline their operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for managing and configuring no-code workflows that power the customer experiences for banks—from online and in-branch account onboarding to ongoing account maintenance, treasury services, lending workflows, and more. You’ll help banks implement these processes efficiently, guiding them on best practices and ensuring the smooth integration of Prelim’s solutions into their operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the management of Prelim’s no-code workflow platform, taking over from the engineering team and continuing to refine and optimize the process
  • Leverage established best practices and expand upon them to ensure efficient workflow configuration and client success
  • Guide clients through best practices in implementing Prelim’s solutions, helping them optimize their internal processes
  • Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform
  • Analyze client needs and translate those into workflow configurations that deliver real value
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and insights that help improve the platform
  • Continuously review and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for both internal teams and clients
