Job Description & Responsibilities
Radian Generation is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales& Marketing technology stack Systems Administrator/Business Analyst to join our team in the renewable energy industry. This role will provide support to the VP, Sales and Marketing to administer our current Sales& Marketing technology stack (Salesforce). This role will also conduct cross-functional analysis of Radian Generation’s business needs to support our planned high growth, ultimately developing a roadmap for enhancements to the technology stack that they will then administer. This role requires an ability to work cross-functionally to understand needs and translate them into technology solution recommendations, as well as an ability to administer those proposed systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Role And Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Business Units to analyze cross-functional needs of the business, and propose systems improvements (primarily sales and marketing tech stacks) to address those needs.
- System Improvements: Own the systems improvement roadmap for Sales and future Marketing technology stack (TBD). Execute on approved systems improvements that address cross-functional business needs in Salesforce and Marketing technology stack. Support improvements in other business systems. Engage with potential contractors to help improve systems.
- Technology Stack Administration: Administer Salesforce and future Marketing technology stack (TBD). Help define requirements for future Marketing technology stack and own implementation process.
- Data Quality: Maintain high data quality in Salesforce and future Marketing technology stack (TBD) to support Sales, Marketing and other business initiatives. Support development of standard processes that will ensure high data quality within our systems.
- User Support: Support users of Salesforce through training and coaching on following standard processes, building and running reports, and building dashboards.
Requirements
Required Qualification& Education
- Post-Secondary Degree.
- Salesforce Admin Certification, preferred.
- 2+ Years Experience administering Salesforce and Marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, etc).
- 2+ Years Experience conducting Business Analysis cross-functionally and providing proposals for systems and processes improvements.
Other
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and services teams.
- Experience, ability and willingness to work in a remote environment.
- Ability to dig in on the details when conducting Business Analysis, but then able to step back and create a vision of future state that addresses broad business needs.
- Travel: Up to 25%

The Pay Range For This Role Is:
68,000 - 92,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
