Job Description & Responsibilities
Amplify seeks a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Supply Chain Operations and Order Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the work of our Supply Chain Operations teams within our company.. This role will work closely with product development, supply chain, and finance teams to manage, improve, and drive efficiencies in demand planning and order fulfillment processes. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills working in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
Work as part of the Business Systems team to partner with the Supply Chain teams to define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for ERP and CRM functions, including order management, order fulfillment processes.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on analysis to senior management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and the impact of changes made.
Provide recommendations to the operational team and management regarding ways to optimize efficiencies.
Build business workflows that support and outline the processes the business follows to perform its functions.
Facilitate communication across departments to identify potential changes to upstream or downstream processes that impact demand planning, fulfillment and reporting.
Leverage various datasets to solve complex issues and drive business decisions.
Perform/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prioritize information for Change Control meetings, and acquire vital approval for the release and deployment of system changes.
Document system improvements for the end-user and deliver training sessions if needed.
Evaluate and research standard practices for department and cross-department strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Required Qualifications Of The Business Analyst, Supply Chain Operations
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience
- Solid understanding of order fulfillment processes (5+ years)
- Experience with Data management concepts and workflows
- Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical teams in a concise and understandable manner
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience successfully coordinating with professionals and managers/leaders internally and externally to meet timelines and requirements
- Experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations on relevant topics to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications Of The Business Analyst, Supply Chain Operations
- Master’s degree in computer science or MBA
- Experience with ERP systems (Preferably Netsuite)
- Experience with one or more of the following SaaS platforms: Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday
- Six Sigma, Lean, PMP or comparable certifications
- Previous Supply Chain experience and background in the K-12 education industry
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies and best practices

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
