The Data Quality Analyst will focus on Servicenow CMDB Data Quality, ensuring reliable, consistent, and easily accessible data sources for use in operations, decision making, and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a Data Quality plan to enable identification of data quality issues
• Identify data quality issues associated with data entry and work with process analysts and engineers to resolve
• Identify owners of data/systems in the CMDB and collaborate with them to ensure accurate data
• Investigate reported data quality problems, developing and implementing corrections
• Collaborate with ServiceNow engineers to develop reports and dashboards to monitor quality
• Establish processes to continuously monitor data health and develop response plans for resolution.
• Support audit data collection activities
• Review audit reports and check for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate efforts with SMEs to correct data
• Partner with the OC, Incident, Vendor and Problem management to identify continual improvement opportunities

What You Will Want To Have

• 3+ years of SQL, PowerBI, Tableau experience
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Lifecycle Management
• Ability to analyze large data sets to identify data issues and causes
• Broad working knowledge of compute, storage and networking components
• ITIL Foundations preferred but not required
• BA preferred
