Job Description & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing CRM team. This role will be working day-to-day with other Salesforce developers, admins, and stakeholders from various parts of the organization. On a day to day basis, you will:
- ‘Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500+ users.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flow updates, and other routine tasks
- Manage integrations of our internal systems
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests
- Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- Use Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector)
- Manage our Sales Engagement Integrations (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)
Requirements
Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years of experience working in a mid to large-sized sales or account management driven organization.
- You are a great communicator & have a strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- You have experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Workato), Salesforce integrations, and have strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
- Must have prior experience working on a sales operations, revenue operations, CS operations, or salesforce team that supported a Sales and Account Management organization
What we offer
At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected in the office on an as needed basis.

Approximate base compensation is $84,000-$100,000 per year. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
