Job Description & Responsibilities
The Salesforce Business Analyst bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements using Agile methodology.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements and solutions.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define test scenarios, coordinate UAT activities, and validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
- Change Management: Assist in developing change management strategies, including training, communication plans, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system usage, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancements.
- And other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects from time to time, based on business needs.
What does success look like?
- During the first 90 days, you will have a solid understanding of our organization and the relevant stakeholders.
- During the first 120 days, you will be able to actively and independently engage with stakeholders to identify and propose process enhancement within the Salesforce ecosystem, laying the groundwork for streamlined workflows and increased efficiency.
- During the first 180 days, you will have completed your Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification (paid for by SonderMind).

Skills, experience, and education that is needed for this person to be able to succeed in this role
- Foundational technical skills.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce.
- Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Comfort and interest in working in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Willingness to pursue company-sponsored certification opportunities.
What we offer
The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000-100,000 per year.
