MX is looking to add a Salesforce Business Analyst within the business applications team. You will work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers who have a passion for delivering high quality software solutions to their stakeholders that increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.

Job Duties

• Apply analytical skills to determine business value and document accurate business requirements and present these requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable, and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs
• Work with team members to document and convey solutions to stakeholders.
• Provide consultation to internal stakeholders to aid in application usability and efficiency, data collection, and systematization of business processes
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements (user stories) for new capabilities
• Have a strong desire, willingness and ability to learn current business processes and understand how they depend on Salesforce
• Analyze system data to determine business problems, trends, and opportunities for process improvements
• Participate in the full software development life cycle by actively participating on Agile scrum teams and be willing to help on various roles, including, but not limited to Business Technical Analyst, UI designer, Tester, etc.
• Plan and run bi-weekly project prioritization meetings
• Assist in Identifying, documenting, and helping to resolve risks, defects, and issues within our Salesforce environment(s)
• Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management on project status on a regular basis
• Maintain SLAs for responsiveness, communication, and productivity

Basic Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce, 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce platform preferred
• Project management and/or prior Business Analyst experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-departmentally

Advanced Job Requirement (preferred But Not Required)

• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to manage expectations
• Enjoy working with data, inclusive of a keen attention to detail, data discrepancies, down-stream dependencies, etc.

Work Environment

At MX, we utilize a hybrid work model, which allows us to attract top talent and increase impact through collaboration. Our team members enjoy a balance of remote work and in-office days. Travel expectations for remote employees is about 15%, and the company covers travel expenses for remote employees. Local employees will utilize in-office time on a weekly basis Tuesday through Thursday.
