Business Analyst, Sales Ops - Job Role & Responsibilities

Kenworth Division of PACCAR has an opening for a Sales Operations Business Analyst. This role will be a part of the Sales Operations Team and will be located in Kirkland, WA.

The Sales Operations Business Analyst works closely with the Kenworth Sales teams to optimize and manage the Salesforce CRM system, Tableau dashboards, and other reporting systems to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with our Senior Executive and Sales teams while maintaining a high level of internal collaboration across multiple departments.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business subject matter expert for system projects and tools, including Salesforce, databases, dashboards, and other business systems.
  • Support maintenance and optimization of Kenworth Sales Tableau dashboards.
  • Document Salesforce CRM processes.
  • Support Sales Team experience including the look and feel of system tools, perform analysis of interaction channels, and participate in Sales Operations projects.
  • Work with all levels of management, including executive and front-line, to prioritize projects, deliver strategic initiatives and improve processes and interfaces.
  • Coordinates issue resolution with cross-functional teams. Provides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolution with end-users and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee and implement product upgrades, business integration, and researching best industry practices for customer interaction tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience at PACCAR or equivalent industry required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and SQL a plus.
  • Project management experience leading continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced pc skills in Microsoft office products.
