Business Analyst, Rev Ops - Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, Rev Ops, you will collaborate across the GTM and Customer Journey groups to identify analytic gaps, prioritize solution development, and create actionable insights. As a key member of the Revenue Team, the Business Analyst, Rev Ops, will present findings cross-functionally and to various levels of leadership within the company and are expected to feel confident in doing so.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to compile data to build full funnel GTM workflows including ICP and target market recommendations from page view/content through MQL and sales life cycle
  • Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
  • Territory Expansion: Ability to extract data from offline sources, such as Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Inc 5000, Fastest Growing Company and more to target ICP within key expansion areas
  • Develop and enhance reports and analytics using data from our data warehouse, leveraging Excel, Salesforce, SQL, and other reporting/analytics tools
  • Be comfortable solving reporting gaps and collaborating with internal teams to ensure robust and reliable reporting solutions
  • Work closely with leadership to guide and assist in understanding business challenges, defining the questions to be answered and then conducting analysis to answer questions and create recommendations
  • Bring analysis to the GTM by delivering logical conclusions which help develop innovative solutions across marketing, sales and customer journey
  • Analyze and communicate client performance, providing insights to improve data quality and timeliness
  • Document and manage GTM milestones programs, training documentation, market expansion research, and competitive intelligence, including creating playbooks and documentation/reporting processes and distribution
  • Stay informed and updated on evolving data specifications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
  • Act as a self-starter, demonstrating the ability to fulfill the functions of the role independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial-like environment
Business Analyst, Rev Ops - Job requirements

The purpose of the REMOTE Business Analyst, Rev Ops is to lead data collection, analysis and recommendations to drive GTM growth across Netchex. Reporting to the VP of Rev Ops, a successful candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, SalesLoft, Hubspot, and Churn Zero (or equivalent systems). Preferred experience includes Salesforce Einstein/Tableau/Analytics Studio, SQL, B2B experience, HCM industry experience, and knowledge of the SMB space.
