Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Process Analyst II will be responsible for maintaining IGT’s Lottery, Video, and Sports Betting third-party maintenance contracts. This role involves ensuring maintenance compliance, managing vendor communications, and meeting contractual requirements. The position also requires maintaining data for maintenance agreements, hardware, software, and infrastructure records, ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, the role involves providing reports using Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other tools.
- Run upcoming maintenance expiries for up to 120 days in advance and plan the renewal activities.
- Work with sites and infrastructure team to initiate approvals needed.
- Obtain Vendor Quotes as directed by business.
- Create SAP documents as needed.
- Maintain 3rd Party Maintenance Agreements data’s via IGT’s Salesforce CRM
- Process maintenance Purchase Orders in SAP.
- Monitor IGT Maintenance inbox, as liaison between cross functional Internal customers.
- Learn reporting and auditing processes and provide backup.
- Learn and analyze key performance metrics to drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and accuracy of data collection.
- Learn and build out renewal dashboards and forecast pipeline reports across business functions as assigned.
- Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities in support of operational activities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Familiarity with IGT products and processes.
- College degree in any major or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient in SAP transactions and handling high-volume data entry.
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and skilled at working with large data sets.
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and SAP.
- Ability to work up to 100% in office, full time, upon request.

What we offer
At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
