AUI has a national direct selling organization of over 60 sales professionals and a staff of culinary experts (chefs and food scientists) adept at custom product solutions.
Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) and Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency by leveraging your knowledge and experience in Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365 CRM. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand business requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and solutions. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and supporting the successful implementation of BI and CRM initiatives.
Location: This is not a remote position and is expected to be local to Gaithersburg, Maryland.
This position is expected to report to AUI Fine Foods' Gaithersburg, MD headquarters. As a response to the pandemic, AUI Find Foods' office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to report in-person Monday through Wednesday, with the option to telework on Thursday and Friday each week. Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the Gaithersburg office are required to work in-person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze complex data sets from various sources, including Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365 CRM, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
- Perform data modeling, data mapping, and data integration tasks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the BI and CRM systems.
- Provide expertise in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, entities, and plugins.
- Collaborate with IT teams and developers to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of BI and CRM solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365 CRM, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of BI and CRM systems, including investigating and resolving user-reported issues.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft BI tools, including Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
- Proficient in data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
Preferred
- Certifications in Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365 CRM are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of business processes and CRM best practices across various industries.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI and CRM solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
What we offer
AUI hires exceptional people to perform a wide variety of important functions that contribute to the success of the Company. One of the ways Albert Uster Imports, Inc. does that is through a competitive compensation package. The base salary for this role will be $85,000 - $90,000
This role is bonus eligible.
