The SurfsightTM solution is Lytx's indirect market offering, available in North America and internationally. Strategic partners and resellers can use Surfsight's open API platform to easily add video to their telematics stack or utilize our stand-alone Surfsight Cloud dashboard to allow fleet managers to track vehicles, view risky and distracted driving events, retrieve videos from the field, and view and analyze data. The innovative technology in the Surfsight dash cam, powered by Lytx, uses robust machine vision and artificial intelligence to proactively detect and mitigate risk. Job Description & Responsibilities
Are you passionate about Revenue Operations and being an agent of change that partners with the business to improve sales workflows and software tools? We have a Business Analyst opportunity for a collaborative individual who will work with cross-functional teams to build, document and implement scalable sales operations processes that support our Strategic Partner growth. As a member of the Revenue Operations Team and a high-growth company, we play a vital role in defining, prioritizing, and completing projects that contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Partner Experience and Revenue Operations excellence!
You’ll Get To
- Partner with Business Stakeholders, Users and Product Managers understand their needs and challenges, investigate business problems, define requirements and build cases for project requests.
- Be a trusted business partner to all levels within the organization and establish relationships so we understand their objectives, goals, and concerns to best support sales initiatives.
- Participate in workflow, process and sales tools design, UAT design, UAT, end-user training and communication and general support of Salesforce.com for sales users; as well as supporting additional sales technology tools and driving sophisticated sales process projects.
- Assist in defining required functionality and mapping of sales technology tool features to business processes.
- Work directly with multi-functional partners to build effective communication / training plans to drive user adoption post deployment.
- Measure and quantify the impact and value of process & tool implementations. Build training materials and user documentation, maintain ongoing documentation.
- Stay up to date with new trends and latest industry developments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-6 years of related experience; consistent track record writing business requirements and use cases related to sales process / sales initiatives.
- 2 years’ experience working with CRM, Salesforce preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to think through business problems and develop action plans.
- Ability to evaluate sophisticated data to drive to logical solutions.
- Experience leading complex multi-functional initiatives or process improvement efforts.
- Excellent interpersonal and time leadership skills, ability to multitask, lead projects simultaneously and demonstrate patience and integrity.
- Outstanding listener and communicator – strong oral, written and active listening skills a must

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$94,500.00 - $119,500.00
