Job Description & Responsibilities
Are you able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies? This associate is responsible for the daily production tasks related to AP oversight and reporting, service level escalations, and system issues, enhancements, and efficiencies. They will report to the Director within the Accounts Payable (AP) Services Operations.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. Overtime may be required during peak periods and/or to support annual Business Continuation testing.
What you can expect:
- Perform the AP Services Operations monitoring and error correction processing. This includes monitoring of Oracle AP System, PRS (Invoice Entry System), EAF (AP Interfaces) and iExpense (Employee T&E Tool) processing and 3rd party vendor performance.
- Respond to inquiries/requests sent to the AP Services centralized mailbox. All requests/inquiries must be answered within standard service levels.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes and Business Continuation (BC) testing and conduct end user training on AP applications.
- Create/maintain Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
- Build reports for business partners using compiled metrics and other operational statistics.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with Prudential associates and suppliers to navigate and resolve issue
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
It’d be a plus if you had:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Accounts Payable Operations and Sourcing and Procurement processes/concepts
- Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite applications

The salary range for this role is from $60,100.00 to $89,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
