Job Description & Responsibilities
Within our commercial Digital, Data & Analytics organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to serve in the role of Human Health Digital Data & Analytics (HHDDA) Operational Excellence Business Analyst.
In this capacity, this role will help DDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our Company partners. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Operational Excellence team to develop and document project requirements, existing processes, best practices, and framework to achieve standardization.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations including technology process.
- Support project management team to track and manage schedules, timelines, risk, issues and actions using JIRA, Visio, Ms Office Suite, OneNote
- Assist in developing metric report requirements and provide valuable insights by developing dashboards wireframes using Power BI
- Perform data analysis, generate analytical reports (excel, Power BI)
- Leverage basic python for data analysis, report generation
- Assist in developing detailed documentation, strategic presentations, roadmaps as needed.
- Collaborate with the agile squad to execute processes designed for Data and Analytics projects
- Collaborate with OE team to establish forward-looking plan to continue to progress the transformation and the execution of the Operational Excellence model.

Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, information technology, engineering or closely related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare/Biopharma industry.
Preferred Education
- Master’s degree in business, technology or analytics
What we offer
U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as “remote”.
The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US Salary Range
$83,100.00 - $130,900.00
